My goal in developing Prayer Prompter was, and is, that God might be glorified by helping His people worship Him through daily prayer and Scripture meditation. With the release of version 1.2.1 on September 10, Prayer Prompter had all of the functionality that had been planned from the beginning and it was time to tell the world.
For two weeks in September, I experimented with the price to see if I might be able to generate some income to fund the cost of programming going forward. I tried a variety of prices all the way up to $3.99. It didn’t take me long to figure out that even a price of $0.99 would keep a lot of people from trying Prayer Prompter.
Since I want to share Prayer Prompter with as many people as possible, I have decided that the right price is “free”. I only ask that if you start using it and benefitting from it, be sure to tell a friend and/or write a review in the App Store.
PS: Plans include a dedicated iPad version before the end of the year and, for next year, a choice of translations for new users.
